Cladding & Curated Surfaces
It's sometimes funny how things come into being. Whilst we have extensive hands-on experience in most property project deliverables, not just their management, we became exponents with curated surfaces due to the dogged insistence of some clients for, well, really customised and intensely curated surfaces.
It was an area we encountered real challenges sourcing skills and competency, so we began doing so internally, and (several years later) here we are. Progressively, we acquired our own team and have grown a suite of specialist surface treatments, including interior and exterior finishes and claddings.
It's so much more than a trades service, it's evolved into something of an art form and we have dozens of client specific treatments and finishes which we can proudly showcase. Customised, curated, call it what you will, but it's very client-centric.
It takes a special set of skills to conceive, specify, fabricate, assemble, dismantle, transport and re-assemble large scale structures, over and over again. Let alone be able to do so each time within just 2 or 3 days, each and every time.
We've been doing these, for major blue chip clients, for years, throughout APAC. Structures across two levels, with footprints up to (and plenty exceeding) 1,500 sqm. Structures immersed in, and created to achieve, the optimum customer and brand experience and some of the most uniquely crafted and impactful branding and signage executions, anywhere.
