FRESHWATER BEACH,
ENTIRE UNIT BLOCK RENOVATION

Comprehensive overhaul and refurbishment of an entire 1960s unit block, to create an oceanside oasis of 10 apartments, including a 3 bedroom penthouse a 3 bedroom garden villa, and eight 2 bedroom units. Equipped with direct beach access, secure garaging and breath-taking ocean views. All new services, new entry and stairs, security, new exterior surfacing, and complete and compliant interior renovation.

LANE COVE,
ENTIRE ARCADE
REFURBISHMENT

This arcade acts as a principal pedestrian artery which connects the Council's major carpark with Longueville Road shopping village. We development managed and project managed the entire internal and external refit and renovation of the arcade and all of its 24 commercial and retail strata tenancies, and their resale.

TURRAMURRA,
HOME UNIT BLOCK
NEW CONSTRUCTION

Superbly situated opposite Turramurra Station, a new block of eleven 2 and 3 bedroom ensuite strata units in a sunny corner cul-de-sac setting with excellent proximity to restaurants, cafes and shops. Several units boast substantial garden areas on title and all have generous private balcony areas, and secure basement parking. We development managed and project managed this, including site acquisition and disposal.

BEECROFT,
ENTIRE RETAIL CENTRE RENOVATION

A well known, locally-loved and well patronised community convenience centre of 28 retail and commercial tenancies. We undertook and project managed a complete exterior, interior and all services (HVAC included) refit and renovation, including all surfaces & walkways, and tenancy mix reconfiguration.

ENTIRE UNIT BLOCK
RENOVATION & EXTENSION

An exhaustive and comprehensive gut & refurbishment of a post Federation apartment building, located within just 100 metres of Admiralty House and Prime Minister's residence. Six oversized 3 bedroom 2 bathroom units, a separate garage structure with rear lane access, a new complementary designed street side carport. Complete exterior and interior overhaul, redesign and renovation of the building, all services, residences and the grounds.
